‘Daawat-e-Aam’: All About This Mango Feast in Delhi

We can never have enough mangoes and the ongoing food festival has created a special menu that includes dishes made from mangoes from starters to desserts.

The “Dawat-e-Aam” organized at GT Road, Connaught Place is waiting for all the mango lovers in the national capital to make the most of this soon-to-be mango season.

“We have gone overboard with our mango dishes to offer a range of varieties, from starters to main courses and desserts and drinks, specially crafted for mango lovers. Naresh Kotwal, Executive Chef, GT Road said, “We have used both raw and ripe mangoes and tried to be innovative, but ensured that the mangoes are not over-flavored.

The menu, adding a splash of tropical flair to all of its offerings, begins with an assortment of cocktails and mocktails, including ‘Amaras’, ‘Mango Panna’, ‘Mango Tequila Sunrise’, ‘Mango Martini’ and ‘Mango Martini’ included. Ambarsaria’ – Made from fresh mango, saffron almond juice, fresh mint and lemon juice topped with a sprite.
