Huawei P40 Pro May Come With a Periscope Camera and 10x Zoom

Huawei’s upcoming smartphone P40 Pro is the latest version of its p-series. The smartphone’s main highlight is its camera. Rumors suggest that it may arrive with periscope design to achieve its 10x zoom.

Design and Processor:

The smartphone is going to launch in 3rd week of March 2020 (unofficial). The leaks suggest that the device will feature an OLED panel and it will have a resolution of 1440p. The display will have a peak brightness of 1000 nits and will have HDR10 certified which will be very helpful while viewing the display at direct sunlight.

The smartphone is coming with Huawei’s latest Hi Silicon Kirin 990 processor which is clocked at 2.86 GHz (main). Rumors suggest that the device will feature a dual-mode 5G.

Storage:

Coming to the storage options the P4- Pro will arrive in four variant 6GB/128GB, 8GB/128GB, 8GB/256GB, and 12GB /512 GB. The internal storage can be expanded by the nano storage option provided by Huawei.

Camera:

Coming to its camera, it will arrive with quad rear cameras with combinations of 60+20+12+2 megapixel sensors. The main 64-megapixel sensor will support 10x optical zoom, 20-megapixel telephoto lens, 12-megapixel ultrawide and 2-megapixel super micro for close up shots. The size of the display will be 6.5-inch. Unlike Huawei’s previous premium smartphones the P40 pro will arrive with ni notch in the front, which means there is a chance to arrive with a punch-hole camera designator it is less possible to launch with a pop-up camera. It has all the sensors like PDAF autofocus, face detection, and flash, etc.

On the front side, the smartphone is packed with a 32-megapixel selfie camera with an f/2.0 aperture size and can record video up to 1080p@30FPS.

Battery and Connectivity:

To provide power the P40 Pro packed with humongous 5500 mAh battery which also supports fast charging. It based on Huwaei’s custom skin which runs on Android 10 out of the box. it has all the connectivity options like Wifi, Bluetooth, GPS, Reverse wireless charging, VoLte, etc. The phone will feature an improved under-display fingerprint sensor.
