Oppo Reno 8 Series Oppo Pad Air Tablet Oppo Enco X2 Launched in India Today, Know Price Specifications

Chinese handset maker Oppo is all set to launch the Oppo Pad Air and its flagship TWS earbuds, the Oppo Enco X2, along with the Reno 8 Pro and Reno 8 in India on July 18 (today). The Reno 8 is likely to be a mid-ranger that will cost around Rs 28,999, which is similar to the Reno 7 that was unveiled earlier this year. The Reno 8 will compete with the upcoming Redmi K50i (launching later this week), the newly launched Nothing Phone 1 and the OnePlus Nord 2T.

Expected Specs and Features of Oppo Reno 8 Series

Both Oppo Reno 8 Pro and Reno 8 are likely to come with MediaTek Dimensity SoCs. The MediaTek Dimensity 1300 chipset will power the Reno 8 while the Reno 8 Pro could be powered by the Dimensity 8100 chipset. There will be a triple rear camera setup on the Oppo Reno 8, consisting of a 50MP main camera and two 2MP sensors. It could feature a 6.42-inch FHD+ AMOLED display and could be equipped with a 4,500mAh battery that supports 80W fast charging.

Oppo Reno 8 Pro, on the other hand, will also sport a triple rear camera array consisting of a 50MP main sensor with 8MP ultrawide and another 2MP sensor. The battery capacity of the Oppo Reno 8 Pro will be similar to that of the Oppo Reno 8, but it will sport a 6.7-inch FHD+ 120Hz AMOLED display.

As mentioned, the Oppo Enco X2 handset is the manufacturer’s flagship TWS earbuds and will come with Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and Biaxial Dolby Atmos Binaural Recording, which according to Oppo is a segment first. The feature is said to let users record and play audio efficiently. The company is also touting that the Oppo Enco X2’s support for 45dB depth and 4000Hz width ANC is “segment best”.

The Oppo Pad Air is likely to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 chipset. The new tablet is also likely to feature a 10.36-inch 2K resolution display.
