Patna (Bihar) [India]May 18 (ANI): Former Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi on Monday slammed opposition parties for targeting the government over the COVID-19 dosage and said parties like Congress and RJD are concerned about the quality of Indian vaccines. I kept joking or raising questions. Vaccination is not happening fast in rural areas.
BJP MP Sushil Modi made several tweets and criticized West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee over TMC’s protest against the arrest of four leaders by the CBI on Monday in connection with the Narada scam.
He said Banerjee was trying to “threate” the CBI with her protest outside her office “was an attack on the federal structure of the country”. He also accused him of behaving “like a goon because of his arrogance of electoral success”.
Sushil Modi said that some opposition parties have called the vaccine developed in the country “BJP Vaccine”.
“Opposition parties like Congress, RJD, who seek political opportunities in times of crisis, kept questioning or ridiculing the quality of Indian vaccines. This is the reason why vaccination in rural areas happened at a faster rate. Some are calling it There was a ‘BJP Vaccine’ while some were challenging the Prime Minister to get the vaccine first. Many important personalities including Prime Minister Narendra Modi got themselves vaccinated and instilled confidence in the people.”
He said that before questioning the government, Tejashwi Yadav should explain why RJD leaders Lalu Prasad and Rabri Devi have not yet taken the vaccine for COVID-19.
“How many RJD MLAs have vaccinated? Does the RJD want to keep the villagers and the poor away from vaccination and risk their lives?” He asked.

The BJP leader said that the central government first imposed a nationwide lockdown to contain the COVID infection and got two ‘Made in India’ vaccines prepared within a year. He said that DRDO on Monday launched a drug developed by it against COVID-19.
He said that the Central and State Governments have launched the fastest free vaccination campaign by providing 17 crore doses in 114 days.
Sushil Modi alleged that Mamata Banerjee tried to “threate” the CBI by protesting outside her office after the arrest of four Trinamool Congress leaders and it was an “attack on the federal structure of the country”.
He said, “The TMC’s protest in defense of four leaders, including two West Bengal ministers, in the Narada sting case, and Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee’s visit to the CBI office and threats is an attack on the federal structure of the country.”
“The mandate does not mean that the ruling party has got a license to protect all kinds of criminals. Lalu Prasad and Jayalalithaa were not above the law, so they had to go to jail. Because of arrogance, the chief minister behaved like a goon. Electoral success is unfortunate.”
Earlier on Monday, the CBI had arrested top TMC leaders Madan Mitra, Firhad Hakim, Subrata Mukherjee and former TMC MLA Sovan Chatterjee in connection with the Narada scam. Soon after, Mamata Banerjee reached the CBI office in Kolkata. TMC supporters also staged a sit-in outside the CBI office.
The case pertains to a sting operation, known as the Narada sting operation, in which these government employees were caught on camera receiving “illegal gratification”. (ANI)
