Vivo is all set to start its new year with Vivo S1 Pro. The company teased the smartphone on Amazon to launch on January 4.
Vivo has launched its global version of S1 pro smartphone in November in Philipines. The phone is teased online by Amazon India has shown that it will arrive with a quad-camera setup at back and Snapdragon 665 Soc. The rumors are suggesting that this phone will arrive in a higher mid-range segment and its price will start from Rs.19,900.
The Vivo S1 pro will arrive with a waterdrop notch design. It will feature a Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels, and an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. The size of the display will be 6.38 inches with 83.4 screen to body ratio. The display will be protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5.
Talking about the camera, Vivo is known for its camera-centric smartphone, the teaser shown on Amazon India website has mentioned about 48-megapixel Ai-powered Quad Camera setup at back. If Vivo launches the same global variant in the Indian smartphone market then the camera will have amazing features. The main camera will sport a 48-megapixel sensor with f/1.8 aperture size and will have PDAF autofocus for better focusing. The other sensors are 8-Megapixel wide-angle camera with f/2.2 aperture size, a 2-megapixel sensor with aperture size f/2.4, and another 2-Megapixel sensor for taking better macro shots.
Vivo has not disappointed its selfie fans. The S1 Pro will sport a 32-Megapixel selfie camera with HDR enabled and having an aperture size of f/2.0. For taking video on the front camera, it can capture up to [email protected]
Processor and Storage:
The Vivo S1 Pro will arrive with Qualcomm SD 665 Snapdragon 665 which is based on 11nm design. For extreme Gaming, The smartphone has supported by Adreno 610. The phone runs on Android 9.0 with custom skin Funtouch 9.2 designed by Vivo.
Talking about the storage option provided in this smartphone, Vivo has included a Hybrid slot for its users. That means a customer can use a SIM card and a Micro SD card or two SIM cards without a Micro SD slot. The base model will arrive with 6GB RAM and 128 Gb storage and the higher variant can go up to 8GB RAM and 128GB f storage. The memory can be expanded up to 256 GB via a Micro SD slot.
The Vivo S1 Pro has included a huge Li-Po 4500 mAh battery for better battery backup. The phone will also have an 18W charger out of the box. It has dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, type-C port and FM radio. The fingerprint sensor placed under the display which Optical by nature. The phone also has an accelerometer, gyro, proximity, compass.
